INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT ABSTRACT

Instructions for Submitting an Abstract:

1. Download the official congress template for the abstract format (download link here)
2. Submit your abstract through the congress registration form on the congress website (link to registration form here)

The abstract should be a brief and informative introductory text that summarizes the main points and results of your work, article, or study. Its purpose is to provide readers with a quick overview of the information to help them decide whether the content of the work is of interest and relevance to their focus.

Instructions on How to Write an Abstract:

1. Structure: The abstract should have the following main sections:
     a. Introduction – A brief introduction to the topic and the importance of the work.
b. Objectives – What you aimed to achieve or address in your work.
c. Methods – The methods you used or the research you conducted.
d. Results – The main results or findings of your work.
e. Conclusion – The main conclusions and important insights.
2. Length: The abstract should be concise, with a total length of 250-500 words.
3. Language: Write clearly and concisely. Use specific terms and avoid unnecessary technical jargon. The abstract should be understandable to a wide range of readers.
4. Key Elements: Include in the abstract the key elements of the work that best represent it. These may include important results, new findings, or significant impacts of your work.
5. Consistency with Full Text: The abstract should accurately reflect the content of your work. It should not contain information not found in the text or claims not supported by your results.
6. Revision and Editing: The abstract should be flawless both in terms of content and language and grammar.
7. Keywords: The abstract should include a list of keywords that are important for your work. These keywords help readers find your work during searches.
8. Citation: The abstract should be a self-contained source of information and should not contain references to external sources of information. If necessary, proper citation should be provided (including the names of authors and publication year).

Notes:
  1. Please ensure that the abstract is written according to the provided template.
  2. The abstract’s topic should align with the conference topics.
  3. Submitted abstracts can only be changed or modified with the approval of the WMCEES Committee until the submission deadline. After this date, it will not be possible to replace or modify the abstract.
  4. Authors are responsible for the authenticity of the abstract. Any copyright issues will lead to its rejection.

INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT FULLTEXT

Instructions for Submitting the Full Text:

1. Download the official congress template for the full-text format (download link here)
2. Submit your full text through the congress registration form on the congress website (link to registration form here)

Notes:
  1. Please ensure that the full text is written according to the provided template.
  2. One author can be the author or co-author of a maximum of three articles (registration includes only one full text, additional one or two articles are subject to additional fees as per WMCEES registration).
  3. The full text can have a maximum of 10 pages.
  4. The full text’s topic should align with the conference topics.
  5. After thorough review, the articles will be submitted to the publisher and subsequently indexed in SCOPUS and potentially Web of Science databases.
  6. The submitted full text can only be changed or modified with the approval of the WMCEES Committee until the congress ends. After this date, it will not be possible to replace or modify the full text due to submission to the publisher.
  7. Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity of the full text. The publisher of the proceedings may reject any article with a copyright greater than 10% after the submission deadline and completion of the review process. Any copyright infringement will result in its rejection without a refund of the registration fee. WMCEES is not responsible for this and does not refund the registration fee because all the requirements associated with the publication have already been paid.

INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT POSTER

Instructions for Creating a Poster

1. Download the official congress template for the poster format (download link here)
2. Print the completed poster in A1 format (594 mm x 841 mm)
3. The orientation of the poster must be in portrait mode.
4. The font size should be chosen to ensure that the poster is legible from a distance of 1 to 2 meters.
