For visa applicants, WMCEES provides an invitation letter, which in most cases is needed to complete the visa application process. If you require such a letter, please send to: visa@wmcees.org the following information:

We will send you the invitation letter to the e-mail from which you sent the request. If you need the original invitation letter, we will send it to you by post to the address you want. Due to high costs, we only send original invitation letters by post. We strongly request thorough contact information to send the original invitation letter:

Without this information, WMCEES cannot guarantee the timely and correct delivery of the original invitation letter.CEEEE
Important information about the Visa:
1. Please note that the letter of invitation does not guarantee the acceptance of the visa application and WMCEES cannot give you any guarantee. The acceptance of the visa application is related to the regulations of the embassy in your country.
2. The visa application process may take longer. For this reason, we recommend submitting your visa application at least 3 months before your trip to the conference.
