Important Payment Information:

1.If your abstract or full text is rejected, your registration fee will be refunded.
2. It is important that the payment for early registration is received by January 6 (23:59). In case of a later payment, the standard registration fee will be required.
3. If you decide to pay for your contribution, accompanying person, or additional article on-site at the congress, an administrative fee of 10% of the standard amount will be added.
4. If your article is rejected by the publisher due to a high percentage of plagiarism in your article, the registration fee will not be refunded. Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of their texts.
5. All registration fees are inclusive of VAT in accordance with Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value-added tax. Participation in the congress is not exempt from VAT because the conference will take place in person in Ostrava at the campus of the Technical University of Ostrava. Therefore, the price stated on the proforma invoice is the same as on the final invoice.
6. If you wish to cancel your participation in the conference after paying the registration fee, you may do so until    May 31, 2025. Later cancellations will be charged a fee of 100 Eur.
7. The registration fee will be waived for authors who organize their own special section with at least 10 oral or poster presentations (with at least 10 registered participants).
